- Download or print Content for educational or classroom use;
- Share Content with students or colleagues for educational purposes.

- Proper attribution is given to EducaWeb;
- No fee or compensation is charged for the materials in which our Content is used (beyond standard tuition or course fees);
- The Content is not represented as the original work of the teacher or educational institution.
School and District Use: Schools and educational districts that wish to incorporate our Content into their curriculum or distribute it throughout their system should contact us for permission.
Commercial Educational Use: For-profit educational organizations or companies that wish to use our Content must obtain prior written permission from EducaWeb.

We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any Content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EDUCAWEB, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES OR CONTENT.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL EDUCAWEB'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (1) THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO EDUCAWEB FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (2) $100.
THE LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN EDUCAWEB AND YOU.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EducaWeb, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, any use of the Content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
